2. Secure Transactions

3. Payment Confirmation
Once your payment is successful, you will receive an email and SMS confirmation with your order details and payment status.
4. Failed Transactions
If your payment fails, please try again using a different payment method. If any amount is deducted, it will be automatically refunded to your account within 5-7 working days.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
If you cancel an order before it is shipped, the full amount will be refunded.
Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for selected areas and orders under a certain amount (e.g., ₹5,000).
Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
